Maison BAUDRY & DUTOUR is writing a new chapter in its history by establishing itself in the heart of Touraine. This new venture has led the estate to the Cher Valley, where it has (re)discovered the cultivation of Côt, the local name for the red grape variety better known internationally as Malbec.
In the Loire Valley’s temperate climate, this grape reveals fresh aromas of violet and blackcurrant, while blending with Cabernet Franc brings added roundness and balance to the wine.
